GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Healthcare net profit rises 10.74% in the December 2011 quarter

Net profit of GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Healthcare rose 10.74% to Rs 59.10 crore in the quarter ended December 2011 as against Rs 53.37 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2010. Sales rose 18.57% to Rs 602.05 crore in the quarter ended December 2011 as against Rs 507.76 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2010.
For the audited full year, net profit rose 18.46% to Rs 355.21 crore in the year ended December 2011 as against Rs 299.85 crore during the previous year ended December 2010. Sales rose 16.45% to Rs 2685.51 crore in the year ended December 2011 as against Rs 2306.12 crore during the previous year ended December 2010.
