Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Housing Development Finance Corporation has announced that the corporation on 05 December 2011 has allotted 4,42,585 equity shares of 2 each under distinctive numbers from 147,35,14,261 to 147,39,56,845 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees and a director.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs 294.79 crore consisting of 147,39,56,845 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
