Net profit of Housing Development Finance Corporation rose 10.14% to Rs 981.25 crore in the quarter ended December 2011 as against Rs 890.88 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2010. Sales rose 34.71% to Rs 4467.33 crore in the quarter ended December 2011 as against Rs 3316.17 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2010.
