Religare MF Unveils Religare Fixed Maturity Plan-Series XII - Plan F

Religare Mutual Fund has unveiled a new fund named as Religare Fixed Maturity Plan-Series XII - Plan F (14 Months), a close ended debt scheme. The tenure of the scheme is 14 months from the date of allotment. The New Fund Offer (NFO) price for the scheme is Rs 10 per unit. The new issue will be open for subscription from 22 February and closes on 29 February 2012.

The investment objective of the scheme is generate income by investing in a portfolio of debt and money market instruments maturing on or before the date of maturity of the scheme.

The scheme offers growth & dividend payout option.

The scheme would allocate up to 100% of assets in debt instruments including money market instruments with low risk profile. The scheme will not invest in securitized debt and un-rated debt instruments. The maximum gross derivative position will be restricted to 50% of the net assets of the scheme.

The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Rs 10 thereafter.

The fund seeks to collect a minimum subscription (minimum target) amount of Rs 20 crore under the scheme during the NFO period.

Entry and exit load charge for the scheme will be nil. The scheme will be listed on the NSE.

Benchmark Index for the scheme will be CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index.

Nitish Sikand will be the Fund Manager for the scheme.
