Siemens forays into EPC solutions for Solar PV plants

Siemens has announced its entry into sustainable and innovative engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) solutions for Solar Photovoltaic (PV) plants in India.
Siemens' portfolio of EPC solutions for solar plants includes the unique Power Ratio Guarantee. Solar power plant engineering done through the in-house software provides customized solutions while leveraging Siemens decades of experience of in installing power plants. The solar plants are designed to meet the profitability, yield and cost expectations of the customers. The superior designed plant is then substantiated by the reliable project execution team from Siemens.
Siemens also offers the world's broadest concentrated solar power portfolio, from solar field components to turnkey power plants. Siemens provides tailor-made solutions for all customer requirements - sun-to-heat, sun-to-steam, and sun-to-energy.
Siemens showcased its latest offerings in PV solutions, including products such as solar inverters, trackers, combiner boxes, and SCADA, among others at the Intersolar India exhibition in Mumbai. In Solar CSP, Siemens showcased receiver tubes for parabolic trough plants and steam turbines.
